Short summary (what to expect):

We ship across the EU and to most countries worldwide. In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, public holidays excluded; daily cut-off 12:00 EET/EEST). Delivery times vary by region (see below). For EU customers the price shown includes VAT. For shipments outside the EU (including the UK, Norway and Switzerland) import duties and local VAT may apply — these are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.


1) Scope — which countries we ship to

We ship to all EU/EEA countries and to most non-EU countries worldwide. If a country is not available in the checkout country selector, please contact us before ordering at info@autonlaturit.com.

We deliver to the parcel lockers and pickup points offered at checkout (e.g., Posti parcel lockers, Matkahuolto/DB Schenker pickup points, DHL/UPS access points). We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), military PO addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or to locations where the carrier cannot obtain a delivery scan/confirmation.

2) Order processing & dispatch

  • Processing time (in stock): Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day after order confirmation (stock permitting). Orders placed after the daily cut-off (12:00 EET/EEST) ship the next business day.

  • Preorders / Backorders: If an item is out of stock or on preorder we will clearly mark this on the product page and in your order confirmation email with an estimated dispatch date. Partial shipments may be used if items in the same order have different availability.

Note: Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to show movement after dispatch. National holidays may extend processing times.

3) Shipping methods, carriers & tracking

  • We use reputable carriers (e.g. DHL / UPS / local national carriers) depending on destination and service level.

  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note it may take up to 24 hours to show movement.

  • Signature: Shipments over €500 require a signature on delivery. If you request “Authority to Leave” (no signature), the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place; once the carrier records delivery, claims for loss after delivery may be limited—choose this option only if suitable for your address.

  • Locker size & availability: If the parcel exceeds the locker size or the selected locker is full, the carrier may redirect the shipment to the nearest pickup point. This is normal carrier practice and outside our direct control.

4) Delivery times — typical estimates (business days, after dispatch)

These delivery windows are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

  • Finland: 1–3
  • Nordics (SE, DK, IS): 2–4 *
  • EU continental (DE, FR, NL, ES, IT, etc.): 3–7
  • Norway, UK & Switzerland: 5–10 (customs may add delay)
  • Rest of world: variable (estimate at checkout or by email)

* Norway: if shipped from our EU warehouse (not a local partner), customs and VAT rules apply on import — see “Taxes & duties” below.

Remote areas: Certain postcodes may incur a carrier remote-area surcharge or longer lead time; we will notify you if applicable.



5) Shipping costs & free shipping

  • Free standard shipping worldwide: Shipping is free for all standard deliveries worldwide, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Optional services & surcharges: Free shipping covers our standard delivery service. Optional upgrades (express delivery, signature on delivery, extra insurance, special handling) or service choices requested by the customer incur additional charges and are billed at checkout or by separate invoice.

  • Oversized or remote deliveries: For oversized items, heavy shipments or deliveries to remote postcodes, a surcharge may apply. In such cases we will contact you with a shipping quote or surcharge before dispatch.

6) Taxes, customs and import duties

  • EU customers: Prices on the website include applicable VAT for EU buyers. No additional VAT is normally payable on delivery.

  • Non-EU customers (including UK & CH): Import duties, customs fees and local VAT (if any) are not included in the checkout price and are the responsibility of the recipient, who acts as the Importer of Record. Customs processes, delays, and local import checks are outside our control. We strongly recommend that customers check their local rules and use the checkout estimation tools where available.

  • Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place). We do not ship DDP by default. As Importer of Record, you may be asked by the carrier or authorities to provide a tax ID/EORI and to pay duties/VAT promptly. Any landed-cost estimates shown at checkout are indicative; actual charges are set by local authorities/carriers.

7) Lost or damaged packages (during shipping)

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, or if the parcel is delivered damaged, contact support@autonlaturit.com immediately with your order number, tracking link and photos of the packaging/item. Please report transport damage or dead-on-arrival items within 7 days of delivery so we can open a carrier claim and expedite a remedy. Keep all packaging and contents; carriers may require inspection. For insured shipments we will open a claim and assist you.

Tip: If possible, ask the driver to note visible damage on the delivery record; this speeds up carrier investigations.

8) Address changes & failed deliveries

  • Address changes: Contact us before dispatch. Once the parcel has been picked up by the carrier, changes may be impossible or may incur a carrier fee.

  • Failed delivery & returns to sender: If delivery fails (recipient unavailable/incorrect address) and the parcel is returned, we will notify you and offer re-shipment upon payment of re-shipping costs or cancellation. Carrier re-delivery or address-correction fees, where applicable, are chargeable to the recipient.

  • Uncollected parcels: If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s hold period and returns to us, the order is treated as cancelled by the customer. We may deduct/offset the actual outbound and return shipping and handling costs from any refund and charge a reasonable processing fee. Any import duties/taxes charged on the first delivery are not refundable by us. Refunds (after deductions) are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel. Storage fees may apply if the returned parcel is held beyond a reasonable period. Before treating the order as cancelled, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact details provided.

9) Partial shipments & multiple packages

  • Large or bundled orders may be sent in multiple packages and can arrive on different days. You will receive tracking details for each parcel.

10) High-value shipments and insurance

  • For our product range (high-value items) all parcels are sent with basic carrier liability. For extra protection (higher insurance cover), please contact us before dispatch to arrange additional shipment insurance (cost may apply).

11) Restrictions & prohibited destinations

  • Some destinations are subject to export controls, sanctions or carrier restrictions. If your country is restricted, we will cancel the shipment and refund in full or propose alternatives.
