These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern distance sales and other remote contracts and your access to and use of the online store and services operated by PJ-Yhtiöt Oy trading as Autonlaturit.com (“we”, “us”, “Autonlaturit”). By placing an order or otherwise using our services you agree to these Terms.

Vatsoilantie 26
37500 Lempäälä, Finland

Note: If any company details above change, we will update this page. The version posted on our website is the authoritative copy.
2. Scope & who these Terms apply to
These Terms are Autonlaturit.com’s distance sales contract terms, which apply to agreements concluded between PJ-Yhtiöt Oy trading as Autonlaturit.com (the “Service Provider”) and either:
-
a Consumer Customer (a natural person buying for personal, non-commercial use), or
-
a Business Customer (a company, organisation or other legal entity).
Consumer Customer and Business Customer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Customer”.
These Terms apply when a contract is concluded via our online store or otherwise through remote means (e.g. by phone or email) without the parties being physically present at the same time.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to place an order. Mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in your country of residence prevail over any conflicting clause herein.
3. Ordering, contract formation & confirmation
-
Prices and product availability are shown on the website. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a manifest pricing error occurs we will notify you and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.
-
A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email to the address you provided. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order we will notify you and offer refund or new shipping estimate.
-
We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse, in case of obvious pricing errors, if the product is unavailable, or where required by applicable export control or sanctions laws. Any amounts paid for cancelled orders will be refunded.
- Quantity limits / non-resale: We reserve the right to limit quantities per order and to refuse orders that, in our reasonable judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
4. Pricing, taxes and currencies
-
Shipping: Shipping is free for deliveries worldwide, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
-
Prices include VAT (for EU customers) and, unless otherwise stated, any standard delivery costs that apply at the time of ordering. For non-EU destinations (e.g. UK/CH), local VAT, customs duties and fees may apply at import; see Shipping Policy.
- The prices of goods and services published in distance sales are valid until further notice or for a separately announced promotional period.
- Orders are charged based on the price valid at the time of order.
- Before a binding contract is formed, the customer is shown the product price, delivery costs, and the total payable amount including taxes at checkout.
-
We strive to ensure that all published prices are correct. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. If you have been given an incorrect price, and the error is so obvious that you should have understood it was a mistake (e.g. an exceptionally low price compared to the normal market level), we are not obliged to sell at that incorrect price. In such cases we will inform you and offer the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling with a full refund.
-
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund amounts are processed in the currency originally charged; any bank fees, exchange rate differences or processing times imposed by your payment provider are outside our control.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (including Paytrail, Stripe and Klarna). Depending on your country, the provider’s name may appear as the payee on your statement and provider-specific terms apply in addition to these Terms. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers; payments are processed by our providers.
6. Delivery and shipping
Delivery carriers, regions served, delivery times, shipping fees, and information on taxes & duties are described in our Shipping Policy. That page forms an integral part of these Terms. This Terms of Service page does not replace the Shipping Policy — always check the Shipping Policy for full delivery details. To avoid confusion, the Shipping Policy is the authoritative source if there is any discrepancy between documents.
Delays:
If delivery of a product or performance of a service is delayed beyond the estimated or agreed time, we will notify you using the contact details you provided and give a new estimated delivery time or agree on a new performance time.
Consumer rights:
Consumer customers retain their statutory rights under the consumer-protection laws applicable in their country of residence in the event of a delay.
Customer-caused delays:
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery if caused by reasons attributable to the customer, such as providing incorrect or incomplete contact information, failing to notify us of changes, or not being present/available at the agreed delivery time.
Address changes and uncollected shipments:
If you need to change the delivery address, contact us before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, changes may not be possible. If a shipment is not collected within the carrier’s collection/hold period and is returned to us, the Customer will be deemed to have cancelled the order. In such cases we may deduct/offset the actual outbound and return shipping and handling costs from any refund, charge a processing fee corresponding to those costs, or re-ship the order upon payment of re-shipping costs.
Before treating the order as cancelled and deducting costs, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact details you provided. Any refund due (after deductions) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned parcel. If the returned parcel is held in storage at our warehouse beyond a reasonable period, storage fees may apply in accordance with carrier or warehouse charges; we will notify you before such fees are applied.
Please note that any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged on delivery are non-refundable by us and may not be recoverable if a parcel is returned. If you wish to avoid return/cancellation charges, contact us promptly to arrange redelivery or alternative delivery instructions.
Transfer of risk and title:
For Consumer Customers, the risk of loss passes when the goods are delivered into the Consumer’s physical possession. For Business Customers, risk passes when the goods are handed over to the carrier at our dispatch point. Title transfers upon full payment, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
7. Product information, compatibility and safety
We aim to provide accurate product information. However:
-
Product images and specifications are for reference; actual product may vary slightly.
-
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility (vehicle make/model) when ordering adapters and related hardware. We recommend checking compatibility information and contacting support if unsure.
-
For safety and liability reasons, always follow the supplied user manual and installation instructions.
8. Warranty & defects
Inspection and notification of defects:
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must promptly inspect the delivery and notify us without undue delay of any transport damage, missing items or obvious defects. If you discover a defect or non-conformity, please contact us immediately at info@autonlaturit.com. When contacting us about a defect, please include:
-
Order number
-
Product serial number (if available)
-
Short description of the problem
-
Photos or other evidence showing the defect/packaging damage
Consumer rights:
Consumer customers retain their statutory rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.
We aim to acknowledge defect claims within 2 business days and will guide you through the next steps (return label where applicable, inspection and remedy options).
For full details on refunds, returns and warranty handling (timeframes, who pays return shipping in different scenarios, repair/replacement/refund options), please see our Refund Policy / Warranty pages.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for direct damages arising from the products is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (including lost profit, business interruption). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the seller’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Availability and substitutions
We strive to provide up-to-date and correct information about available products. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all product data, nor the continuous availability or sufficiency of products, as items may sell out or a supplier/partner may be prevented from delivering to a particular country.
If you order a product that is announced as available but, after order confirmation, becomes temporarily unavailable, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of the situation and provide a new estimated delivery time.
If the ordered product is not available at all, we will reimburse you in full for the amount already paid for that product and the contract regarding that product will be considered cancelled. In such cases we will contact you immediately, and you will have the option to keep the transaction valid by accepting delivery of a suitable replacement product.
We are not obliged to source products from alternative suppliers where external restrictions (e.g., export controls, sanctions or supplier country limitations) prevent delivery; in such cases a full refund will be provided.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by Autonlaturit. You may not reuse, reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Trademarks, service marks and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. If you submit reviews or user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce that content on our store and marketing channels, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Third-party equipment and external causes
We are not responsible for the functionality, compatibility or safety of charging equipment or devices provided by the manufacturer, importer or seller of an electric vehicle, or otherwise supplied to the Customer by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle-supplied charging cables and any third-party chargers or accessories. As a general guideline, travel/portable charging cables are typically intended for temporary use and are not recommended for permanent or regular charging via a fixed charging installation.
The Service Provider is not responsible for faults, damage or costs caused by:
-
incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer (for example incorrect vehicle model, connectors or installation details),
-
use of the product contrary to the supplied instructions, care guidelines or intended use,
-
unauthorised modifications or repairs performed by third parties,
-
external causes outside the Service Provider’s control (including grid disturbances, power outages, short-circuits, lightning, acts of third parties, customs delays or other supply chain interruptions).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Service Provider shall not be liable for damage that is not demonstrably caused by the Service Provider’s product or service. If you are unsure about compatibility or installation, please contact our support team before purchase or installation.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, strikes or labour disputes, epidemics and pandemics, governmental actions, customs inspections, embargoes, sanctions, failures of carriers or telecommunications, or widespread power outages). In such events we will inform affected customers and offer alternatives where possible.
14. Privacy & data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site and ordering you consent to the processing described there.
15. Complaints & dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact info@autonlaturit.com first.
Consumers:
In addition to statutory rights regarding defective products, consumers also have rights under applicable consumer-protection laws in cases of delayed delivery. If a dispute cannot be resolved, EU consumers may submit it via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Consumers in Finland may also contact Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board.
Business customers:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms and any disputes are governed by Finnish law, and disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Finland. This does not limit mandatory rights of consumers to bring claims in their home jurisdiction.
Governing language:
These Terms are provided in English for international customers. Translations may be provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law.
16. General provisions
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver:
A failure or delay by either party to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment:
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, asset sale or reorganisation. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent, except where mandated by mandatory consumer law.
Entire agreement:
These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein (including the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter, except for mandatory consumer rights.
Survival:
Sections relating to intellectual property, payments and refunds, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and general provisions shall survive termination or cancellation of an order.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website with the latest Effective date is the current and binding version. We will notify customers of material changes where required by law.
