Stripe is currently available as another payment method, which offers the possibility of credit card payment with the most common cards. You can also pay with a Klarna invoice, which gives you a free 30-day payment period for your purchase.

4. Confirmation of the concluded agreement

After a successful order made in the online store or in another way, such as a contract made by phone or e-mail, a confirmation of the contract will be sent to the customer.

5. Delivery restrictions

The service provider delivers products and services all over Finland.

6. Product deliveries

The products included in the order are delivered via Posti or Matkahuolto, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Delivery costs are always clearly identified when ordering, so that delivery costs, product price and total price including delivery costs are indicated separately. If the Customer's order contains products with different delivery times, the Service Provider has the right to deliver the products to the Customer separately. In this case, however, the customer will be charged the delivery costs for only one delivery.

In connection with the product presentation of the products, the delivery time of the product is mentioned. Delivery time for products in stock 1-3 days. If the delivery time of the product differs from the stated one, the customer will be notified separately by e-mail.

If the Customer does not pick up the product delivered in accordance with the order within the deadline, as a result of which the product is returned to the Service Provider, the Customer is considered to have canceled his order. The Service Provider is then entitled to collect a processing fee from the Customer, which corresponds to the costs incurred for delivering and returning the product, and to offset the payment from the payments to be refunded to the Customer.

7. 14-day right of cancellation

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you as a consumer have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase. The right of cancellation does not apply to companies. The right of cancellation only applies to 1) distance sales and 2) contracts made outside Autonlaturit.com's business premises.

The right to cancel does not mean that you have an absolute right to get back the total price of the returned product. If the product no longer has full resale value, you are not entitled to get the full purchase price back. You get the full purchase price back under the same conditions as you would get from a physical store. You have to evaluate this yourself before returning the product, i.e. has the product been used in such a way that you would get your money back from the physical store as well. You therefore have the right to open the package and try the product. However, the refund amount is reduced if the product has been used for a longer time or the product is clearly worn.

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is enough for the Consumer customer to send a notification about the use of the cancellation right before the cancellation period expires.

After receiving the product, the Consumer customer must keep it essentially unchanged and undiminished until the Consumer customer has decided to keep the item. If the Consumer-customer cancels the contract, the Consumer-customer is responsible for such reduction in the value of the goods, which is the result of processing other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

The right of cancellation does not apply to products that are manufactured to the customer's order and that are not so-called standard goods (for example, very long and/or rarely sold charging cables). Made-to-order products are mentioned in the product description.

Cancellation notification must be made in writing. You can make a notification by email to info@autonlaturit.com. Mention at least the following information in the cancellation notice: your name, postal address, order number. Keep the cancellation notice with you. You can also send a cancellation notice by letter to our main office at Autonlaturit.com, Vatsoilantie 26, 37500 Lempäälä.

Effects of Cancellation

The consumer customer must send back the delivered products without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if the Consumer customer sends the products back before the end of the relevant 14-day deadline. The consumer customer must be responsible for the direct costs resulting from returning the products.

8. Delay in delivery of products or performance of services

If the delivery of the products or the performance of the services is delayed beyond the estimated or agreed time, the Service Provider will endeavor to notify the Customer of the delay using the contact information provided by the Customer and give the Customer a new estimate of the product delivery time or agree with the Customer on a new service performance time.

The consumer customer has the right to invoke his rights according to the Consumer Protection Act due to the delay in the delivery of products or the performance of services. The service provider is not responsible for the delay, if the delivery of the product or the performance of the service is delayed or the order cannot be delivered at all or the service is performed for a reason attributable to the Customer, such as because the Customer has provided incorrect contact information, has neglected to report a change in contact information, or the Customer is not present at the agreed time of product delivery or service performance and he cannot be reached.

9. Inspection of products and services, Service Provider's statutory liability for errors and Customer's duty of care

After receiving the delivery of the product, the customer must immediately check that the delivered products are free of defects and that the delivery has included all the ordered products.
If the Customer discovers that there is an error in the delivered product or service or the product or service otherwise does not correspond to what was agreed, the Customer must notify the Service Provider immediately upon discovering the error. The Service Provider is responsible to the Consumer customer for a product or service error based on the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

The customer must always read the instructions for use of the products carefully before using them, and follow the instructions for use and care when using the products.

10. Warranty

Autonlaturit.com products have a 12-24 month warranty. The duration of the warranty is indicated separately on the product page. Based on the manufacturer's warranty, the Service Provider is not responsible for a product error for which the Service Provider would not otherwise be responsible according to the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. In relation to the business customer, the Service Provider is not responsible for the product based on the manufacturer's warranty.

11. Prices

Prices include valid value added tax and delivery costs.

The prices of goods and services announced in distance sales are valid indefinitely or for a separately announced period. The service provider has the right to change prices based on his discretion.

Orders are charged based on the price valid at the time of order. Before entering into a distance contract, the customer is given information about the price of products and services, delivery costs and the total price included in the delivery price, including taxes.

The service provider tries to make sure that the prices announced in distance sales are correct, but does not guarantee that they are correct. If the Customer has been given incorrect price information, and the error is so obvious that the Customer should have understood that it was a mistake (e.g. the price is exceptionally low compared to the actual price or the general price level), the Service Provider is not obliged to sell the product or service at the incorrect price.

12. Availability of products and services

The service provider strives to provide up-to-date and correct information about the available products. However, the service provider cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data. The Service Provider also cannot guarantee the availability or adequacy of the products sold, as the product may be sold out or the Service Provider's partner may be prevented from delivering the product to the country.

If the Customer has ordered a product that has been announced to be available, but which, after confirmation of the concluded contract, has temporarily stopped so that the delivery of the product is delayed from the estimated delivery time, the Service Provider will try to notify the customer immediately upon noticing the situation, and give a new delivery time. If the ordered product is not available at all, the Service Provider undertakes to reimburse the Customer in full for the price already paid for the ordered product, and the contract is considered to have been canceled for the product in question. Even in such a situation, the Service Provider immediately contacts the Customer, in which case the Customer has the option to keep the transaction valid and accept the delivery of a replacement product.

13. Limitations of liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for the charging products or devices provided to the Customer by the manufacturer, importer or seller of the electric car or purchased by the Customer from them, or for their functionality or compatibility with the Service Provider's products or services. Travel charging cables are usually only recommended for temporary charging, not for regular charging via a charging system installed on the property.

The Service Provider is not responsible for a product or service error if the Customer has provided the Service Provider with incorrect information or for damage caused by providing such incorrect information (e.g. if the installation has been performed incorrectly due to incorrect information). The Service Provider is also not responsible for damage caused by the Customer using the product carelessly or in violation of the instructions for use, or damage caused by a reason on the electricity distributor's side rather than the Service Provider's product or service. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Service Provider is also not responsible for any damage that is not clearly caused by the Service Provider's product or service (this could be, for example, a power outage or a short circuit).

14. Force majeure

The Service Provider is not responsible for product or service errors, delivery delays, or other breach of contract caused by circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control (force majeure).

15. Dispute resolution

The parties must try to resolve any disputes primarily through negotiations between them. However, as a consumer, you can always take a potential dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advisory service of the registrar. Kuluttajaneuvonta's web address is www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi. You can contact the Consumer Disputes Board through their website www.kuluttajariita.fi or by mail:

Consumer Disputes Board

Hämeentie 3, PO Box 306

00531 Helsinki

The parties in the case are the seller, i.e. Autonlaturit.com / PJ-Yhtiöt Oy, and the Buyer. All disputes must be resolved in accordance with Finnish legislation. If the matter has to be dealt with in court, it will be decided in the district court in whose jurisdiction you have your domicile or permanent residence.
